Unraveling World: Looking at Refugees Through the Creative Arts
Imagine
tomorrow you are forcibly torn away from the place you call home and leaving
family and friends behind. This session will explore what being a refugee
means. We will explore how refugees in different parts of the world experience
challenges, difficulties, hopelessness and vulnerability, while starting a new
life. Through drawing, creative writing, and drama we will enter the refugee
world, a world that is hard to escape.
